* Recruitment Officer for FTSE Client.*

ASAP/January start date for 6 months
Location - READING

Role - As directed by Resourcing Managers, responsible for the full recruitment life cycle of Grade 1 roles, recruiting across the whole Clients UK Bases, using a variety of methods to recruit people into the business.

Accountabilities of the Resourcing Officer/Recruitment Officer
* Provide proactive administrative and project support to the Resourcing Managers for agreed business areas to contribute to the delivery of the resourcing function, ensuring all company and regulatory guidelines are adhered to.
* Contribute to managing a world class recruitment capability that delivers a tangible and competitive advantage to a rebalancing business population, whilst providing value for money.
* As directed by Resourcing Managers, manage end-to-end recruitment for Grade 1 permanent vacancies, working closely with the hiring managers to ensure that resourcing is cost-effective and results in the timely appointment of the right candidate
* Proactively identify, source, and recruit candidates utilising a variety of channels, including but not limited to networking, Internet search, direct sourcing, employee referrals and PSL
* Ensure that all candidates, both successful and unsuccessful, have a positive and consistent experience throughout the application process
* Carry out role of Recruitment Co-ordinator for agreed business areas, responsible for aspects of the administration processes from maintenance of candidates records within the resourcing system to preparation of all vacancy related paperwork, and referencing
* Work as required on a project basis with colleagues within the resourcing team and/or the wider HR team to deliver key resourcing and talent initiatives
* Positively engage with all stakeholders internal and external in order to deliver a robust resourcing service
* Monitor the performance of PSLs during recruitment campaigns, and provide feedback to the Resourcing Managers to ensure the PSL is effectively managed
* Level of Experience Required: In-House Recruitment experience within a large corporate environment, ideally financial services.
