Recruitment Marketing Consultant

One of our large Banking Clients is looking for an experienced Recruitment Marketing Consultant to join their team.

You will be responsible for the execution and coordination of campus recruitment marketing initiatives across campus recruiting programmes.

Responsibilities
*Vendor liaison with contracted marketing, advertising, student research and events agencies
*Campus website support including review of the site and content management, maintenance reviews and user acceptance testing
*Liaison and relationship management with key internal stakeholders such as corporate communications, legal, global HR partners, campus recruiters and recruitment managers
*Support execution of on campus marketing and promotional events and actives; including event attendance; and relationships with key career services of target universities
*Marketing collateral preparation and proofing to ensure consistent messaging and accuracy of materials
*Support the planning and execution of pre-university and first year pipeline programmes and other diversity events
*Collaboration with campus recruiters and global team to support effective communication on best practice campus recruitment activity and new initiatives needed for the region (preparation of briefing materials, process documents and guidelines for events and marketing activities)
*Work on market research and analytics to present reports and metrics to assess programme effectiveness and return on investment for events and marketing campaigns
*Planning and execution of email marketing campaign and candidate communication plan
*Planning regional social media strategy and communication schedule

Essential:
Academic qualifications at a degree level
Previous experience of campus recruitment with marketing experience
Financial Industry background
Ability to establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and partners
Knowledge of the graduate landscape, recruiting process and marketing needs
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work
The ability to work as a team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, flexible and collaborative work environment
Creative ideas
Versatile interpersonal skills
Flexibility in working unusual hours and travelling as required to attend campus events
