RECRUITMENT MARKETING CO-ORDINATOR

LOCATION: London or Leeds

CONTRACT: 6 months

DAILY RATE: £350-£450

Our client is facing unprecedented specialist digital and technology recruitment over the next 24 months. The HR team are looking to enhance the profile of current and future vacancies by engaging more actively with different Social Media and digital platforms and offer both generic and bespoke solutions to hiring managers to ensure vacancies reach the platforms and arena's where the will be shared with suitable candidates who will feel interested and encouraged to apply.

This role will able the incumbent to be creative in designing, organising and delivering social media/digital campaigns attracting people to our vacancies and raising their profile as an employer of choice for digital and technology specialists.

ROLE

Supporting the Specialist Recruitment Team with Advertising and Marketing, you will work closely with colleagues using various mediums to advertise vacancies and enhance the brand and 'offer' of the organisation. This will include the management of external events, including the organisation end to end of 'hackathons' and similar. Using Social Media you will assist with supporting colleagues with LinkedIn profiles and team 'Twitter' feeds. You will also take responsibility for ensuring that vacancies are advertised on appropriate sites at appropriate time.

Duties will also include:

- Being the key point of contact for social media across the team
- Acting as SPOC for Twitter, Facebook and relevant community forums and blogs - keeping presence and engagement levels high
- Create, write, edit and upload content across social media channels that increases engagement, builds value for our audiences and advertises our vacancies
- Identifying new ways of reaching people with to grow our social media audience and develop a strategy to deliver this.
- Increasing the visibility of Digital and IT Recruitment by growing our social following and working within our policies reaching IT/Digital professionals in new and innovative ways.
- Advise and support hiring managers and the HR team on the best way to reach their audiences via social media
- Improve our ability to manage social media platforms in the most and effective way by incorporating learning and iterating our processes and models
- Keeping up to date with the latest and emerging social media trends; sharing your knowledge with colleagues to capitalise on opportunities.

YOU WILL NEED TO BE

- Someone with ambition who can work without direction and use initiative.
- Ability to advise teams on user journeys and what makes the best and most shareable content with high social impact.
- Confident in different social media models and be up for the challenge of taking a leading role in the development of our currently basic social media strategy.
- You will need to be able to demonstrate and prove your exceptional track record in social media management and are looking for a role where you can use and develop your skills, experience and knowledge in a fast paced and evolving Recruitment team

REQUIRED SKILLS

Extensive knowledge of IT/Digital Recruitment

Skilled in Social Media and it's role within vacancy filling process, including, LinkedIn, Twitter

Ability to organise events - hackathons, webinars, open days

Ability to communicate at all levels, including senior leaders
