RECRUITMENT MANAGER required for a growing business transformation specialist.

Industry analyst Gartner has identified Business Process Management (BPM) as one of the fastest growing technology trends. As a specialist business transformation provider and IBM partner, T-Impact are well ahead of the curve. We help our clients achieve their business objectives by providing leadership and software solutions to support them wherever they are on the BPM journey.

We have embarked on an ambitious growth journey and need to create a continuous approach to hiring the right permanent and contract consultants to deliver our client engagements in line with our growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To manage the acquisition of consulting talent. Acting as an ambassador for the business, you will inspire potential candidates looking to work in a high performance team.

As the RECRUITMENT MANAGER you will:

- Report to Director level leading external communication of recruitment activity for T-Impact.
- Build upon existing recruitment work to nurture a pool of talent for both immediate and future hires, reacting quickly to emerging requirements and ensuring the best resources are available at the right time and within budget.
- Use your extensive experience of recruitment to advertise requirements and leverage both new and existing networks to fulfil the needs of the business.
- Screen, identify, interview and prioritise individuals to be considered for hiring and further assessment as required.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

T-Impact delivers enterprise class solutions and expertise built upon the latest BPM technology, such as IBM BPM.

Therefore it is essential that the RECRUITMENT MANAGER will bring the following skills and experience:

- Experience of delivering candidate shortlists against deadlines and budget constraints.
- Comfortable operating in an end-to-end capacity, including: documenting requirements, writing job specs, placing adverts, searching job boards, networking via social media, interviewing candidates and nurturing talent pools.
- Experience working within a client-facing consulting/IT/services background.
- Educated to Degree level with a minimum of two years' recruitment experience.
- Exposure to working within the consulting recruitment markets.
- An understanding of employment law including AWR and IR35.

NB: Whilst this can be a home-based role in the future it is vital that someone can spend the first few weeks at our offices in Oxfordshire.
