My large corporate client based in Manchester is looking for a Recruitment Manager (Operations) to ensure the team operate and adhere to agreed SLA's and ensure the work is coordinated effectively across the team so that goals are achieved.
The Recruitment Manager (Operations) will set objectives and measure progress against those objectives as well as develop and retain strong diverse talent through coaching and motivation.
The skills and experience required of the Recruitment Manager are as follows:
- Knowledge and experience of providing a HR/Resourcing service from within a Shared Services centre
- Experience of working within Shared Service centres
- Experience of customer focus and exceeding expectations
- The ability to analyse and interpret data as well as coordinating activities
