This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join one of the UK's largest Banks Recruitment Function to cover maternity leave. You will work as part of a small team who are dedicated to Branch Network recruitment and will report into the Senior Recruitment Manager.

You will be responsible for the in-house recruitment, most of which will be permanent, for the North of England.

* In-house recruitment experience
* Excellent relationship management skills, both for internal stakeholders and external customers such as suppliers. The successful candidate must be comfortable supporting and challenging senior members of staff
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to liaise with all and develop and maintain effective working relationships and stakeholder management
* Strong Presentation/Facilitation skills
* Ability to work with minimal supervision and to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
* Delivery focused
* Evidence of external market knowledge
* A customer service approach and an ability to work flexibly with the needs of the customer, works to deliver customer satisfaction
