The Recruitment Manager will have previous experience:

*Operating in Financial Services (ideally with Financial Advisers)
*Project volume recruitment (strategic and operational)
*Recruitment of Sales people
*Regulated environment
*Team/performance management for Recruitment Partners and Coordinators (1 x Craigforth and 1 x Reading)
*Resource planning workload prioritisation
*MI, dashboard & budget experience
*BAU and Project recruitment experience within FS industry
*Experience of senior recruitment in a regulatory environment
*Experience managing junior - senior vacancies end to end
*Ideally BPS level B trained as they'll need to be able to conduct Saville Wave debriefs
*Excellent stakeholder management
*Can build a recruitment strategy
*Direct sourcing expert
*Remote line management experience
