Recruitment Manager, Banking, London

The successful candidate will strategically partner with the HR Generalist teams and Business Heads (as required) in order to understand the business context and its subsequent impact prior to developing effective resourcing methodologies.

Further, you will need to build credible and effective working relationships across HR, specifically partnering closely with other business-aligned Recruitment managers in EMEA, business-aligned recruiters in other regions globally, HR generalist teams aligned to their respective businesses and RPO recruiters forming part of their immediate or broader team.

The role will also contain a significant element of regional co-ordination, liaising with colleagues across Global Banking in order to deliver MI and reporting to track performance, budget spend and resource planning.

This is a high-profile role and the successful candidate is likely to have significant experience managing complex recruitment challenges in an investment bank. As opposed to markets, specific banking experience would be desirable.
