Recruitment Manager, 12 Month FTC

My clients a Law firm based in the City of Londoncurrently seek a Recruitment Manager up to 57k, 12month FTC. This is a great opportunity to lead a small team and drive Legal, Business Services and Trainee recruitment processes. As a trusted advisor to the Partner's of the firm you will have the chance to contribute towards this organisation's resourcing strategies whilst delivering in an operational capacity. You will manage a variety of senior stakeholder relationships internally and externally delivering across: -Team management - mentoring, daily management and performance management of direct reports -Legal Recruitment - Solicitor and Partner hires -Business Services Recruitment - senior/international hires -Oversight of the Trainee and Legal apprentice recruitment -Recruitment projects - Database roll-out, Employee referral scheme, Standardisation of recruitment practices The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria: -Extensive Legal recruitment experience ideally gained within a Law Firm -Proven team management experience -Excellent stakeholder management -Strong educational background For immediate consideration please forward on a copy of your updated CV as soon as possible.
