Capita are currently working with a leading international transportation group, operating bus, train, tram, and express coach operations. The Group's business includes major city bus operations in London, Liverpool, Newcastle, Hull, Manchester, Oxford, Sheffield and Cambridge. Operates a network of inter-city services across the UK and continental Europe.

They are constantly expanding and are looking for a Recruitment Manager to support us in attracting the best talents to support our divisions for the next 6 months.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Head of Commercial, we are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter, who will be responsible for sourcing and attracting the best possible talent by:

* Drafting Job advertisements, in line with the divisions brand guidelines
* Select the right channels (eg linkedin) and recruitment agencies ensuring we have access to the best possible talent available in our industry and elsewhere
* Advertising positions, and act as the main contact with candidates and agencies
* Reviewing CVs and recommend a selection of candidates to your Manager
* Organising assessments and interviews by using innovative selection techniques to make the right recruiting decisions
* Owning the end-to-end candidate management process to ensure a market leading candidate experience.

YOUR PROFILE

* You will be flexible and adaptable
* You will have hands-on experience of recruiting talents
* You will have interviewing experience to include competency and assessment centres
* You will be a great communicator, able to build strong networks with external recruitment consultants
* You will have strong time management and planning skills as you will be recruiting for several roles at the same time.
