Recruitment Manager

Projektbeschreibung

The Recruitment Manager is responsible for coordinating the professional and managerial staffing activity of the company, including internal and external recruiting. The recruiter sources, screens, and interviews candidates to fill existing job openings within our departments through visits to college campuses, web sourcing, contacts within the larger professional community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs
-Review and post descriptions of job opportunities
-Establish and maintain contacts with employment sources, such as colleges, employment agencies, search firms, trade associations, job boards, social and professional networks
-Implement strategies to identify, attract, and hire high quality employees
-Interview applicants and gather information regarding education, experience, training, job skills, salary requirements, availability, interest level, and relocation needs
-Proactively research and investigate innovative sourcing strategies
-Recruit, interview, and screen job candidates to fill company openings
-Train partners and employees in the skill of behavioral interviewing on an ongoing basis to ensure effective, legal interviewing practices

PREREQUISITES
Education:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Psychology, Human Resources or related field. Or Bachelors degree with equivalent experience

Experience:

Extensive interviewing and sourcing experience.
6+ years of broad, diversified recruiting and staffing experience.
Coaching line managers in recruiting techniques, building relationships, people agility, business acumen.
Ability to integrate recruitment mobility policies and processes into the broader business and HR context, as well as in the external business environment and recruitment market.
Strong adaptability skills, able to be quikly autonomous.
Stress-resistant.
Fluent in English and French.
