Recrutiment Manager/Recrutiment Operations Manager

The role is to work for a leading Insurance company, to be based out of the Scotland office (Stirling) and will be focused on permanent recruitment activity for the UK business. Overall recruitment volumes are very high and covers broad range of roles from customer facing areas and sales through to specialist technical roles in central functions like Finance and Actuarial.

The Recruitment Manager role will have two areas of focus. The first is managing the team of Recruitment Partners and Co-ordinators, ensuring outputs are delivered and that individuals performance and potential is maximised. The second area is leading the approach to sourcing candidates, ensuring
that the business stays on top of market developments and deploys a multi channel strategy to present the brand in the most engaging way and attract the best candidates for roles.

The role will focus on

*Team/performance management for Recruitment Partners and Coordinators
*Resource planning workload prioritisation
*3rd party supplier and contract management (Security Watchdog, Taleo, PSL)
*MI & budget experience (creating meaningful MI and budget forecasting for contract renewals for BAU team)
*BAU and Project recruitment experience within FS industry
*Experience of senior recruitment to cover interviews in Craigforth
*Experience managing vacancies end to end
*Good stakeholder management as they'll be the first point of escalation for the G1&2 team
