We now have an exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Manager to develop, implement and continually improve the remediation services overall recruitment strategy ensuring that the business is well positioned to attract, engage and retain suitable volume and specialist resources to support delivery to end clients.

In this position you will be responsible for taking overall responsibility for the end to end recruitment process in respect of deploying resourcing into Capita remediation services engagements.

To be successful in this role you will be an accomplished, seasoned and knowledgeable Recruitment Manager with proven experience of managing high volume recruitment campaigns. Prior experience of change management and project management along with superior organisation, people management, reporting and interpersonal skills are of paramount importance. Due to the urgent nature of this contract we are only in a position to consider candidates with immediate, or near immediate availability.

Location is flexible. We have remediation sites in Leeds, Chester, London and various other locations so home base is irrelevant. Must be prepared to travel extensively across the UK . Six month contract initially, £55,000 per annum.
