Recruitment/HR Officer - Bulk Recruitment Rounds

Be part of an experienced team FOR AN INITIAL 3 MONTH CONTRACT providing innovative sourcing solutions for a myriad of bulk recruitment rounds. You will work alongside our Business Development Manager and team representing Clarius Recruitment Services - with multi brand responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:

- Conducting multiple interviews
- Short listing applications
- Assisting a number of assessment centres
- Conducting multiple reference checks
- Entering and maintaining accurate information in our recruitment database

Your skills:

- Proven recruitment/HR experience, particularly with Government
- Previous experience assisting and coordinating bulk recruitment rounds
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Effective time management, ability to manage competing priorities
- Professional and friendly verbal and written communication
- Ability to work autonomously and learn quickly in a fast paced environment
