Role Overview
- Monitor candidate pipelines
- CV and Motivational Questions Screen
- Video Interview screens
- Assessment Day Coordination
- Campus Marketing Event Coordination.
Key Competencies
- Proven senior stakeholder management skills
- Collaborative influencer
- Understanding of industry standards around best practice' recruitment in the diversity space.
- Good time management skills
- Experience in analysing data and metrics, and able to tell the story they represent
- Fully PC literate, including MS Outlook, word, PowerPoint, excel, and e-recruitment solutions
- Understanding of Recruitment tools and Processes.
