THIS IS A LONG TERM CONTRACT POSITION.

PURPOSE:  The Recruitment Coordinator will provide support to the recruiting function and the HR team as directed.  This position will help to support the processes to source, screen, and hire top talent.  As a member of the Human Resources team the recruitment and HR coordinator will  provide other administrative support as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Receive, record and track staffing requisitions.
- Post jobs - internally on company website and externally on job boards, ad placement, etc.  Manage online career posting on company website as well as other career sites to ensure timeliness and accuracy of job postings.
- Assist with the review of applications/resumes to identify candidates who best meet eligibility requirements.
- Pre-screen candidates by phone and in person as appropriate.
- Schedule interviews - manage the scheduling and logistics of interviews
- Assist with pre-employment checks including: criminal background, drug testing and references.
- Assist in generating candidate communications - to include offer letters, turndown letters, pre-adverse and adverse letters, etc.
- Assist with development and implementation of intern programs, career fairs, open houses, college recruiting and other recruiting-related events.
- Track recruitment metrics and generate reports. 
- Input and maintain recruitment data in HRIS and ATS systems.
- Provide on-going administrative support to recruiting and HR team as needed.
- Perform other duties or project assignments as requested or assigned. 

EXPECTED RESULTS AND MEASURES:

The quality and caliber of talent brought into the organization will be upgraded.  Retention for new hires and overall turnover should improve.  With more stability of staff, higher quality of talent, and clear performance expectations, practice performance should meet or exceed expectations.  With improved retention unemployment claim activity should also decrease. 

SPECIFICATIONS:

_ EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE_ - Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years recruiting experience in a high volume environment. 

_SPECIFIC SKILLS - _

Must be a highly engaged, self-directed team player and able to perform multiple tasks, prioritize, meet critical deadlines and turnaround timeframes while maintaining accuracy and quality.   Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.  Must be very organized, results-oriented and able to effectively handle a high volume of activity.  Excellent administrative, planning, time management and problem solving skills are also required.  Must be proficient with MS Office and able to quickly grasp and effectively utilize HRIS, ATS and other applicable business-related software.   Must possess good ethics and operate with integrity, confidentiality and a high level of commitment and personal accountability.

_INDEPENDENT ACTION - _

Works under general supervision but must be able to prioritize, plan and manage time effectively to meet deliverables.   Must be proactive, use sound judgment and take initiative when appropriate.

_CONTACT WITH OTHERS -_

Interacts with employees at all levels of the company, including practice staff, HOME office, and other company staff - as well as people external to the organization such as job candidates and vendors.

_TRAVEL -_

Some travel may be required  Estimate approximately 10-15%  to include job fairs, college recruiting, practice/staff visits or other company-related travel.
