Talent Coordinator

The Talent Coordinator is an integral part of the recruiting team, process and is critical to providing a hi-quality experience for all candidates we meet with. They are on the front-lines along with our recruiters and play an important part of ensuring a seamless approach from start to finish. The ideal candidate has the ability to handle themselves in a professional manner in all situation and exercises cool under pressure. Talent Coordinators work very closely with one or more Recruiters and are involved in all aspects of the life cycle and are from the start interfacing directly with candidates. Given the importance of this role, we are looking for a professional who knows how to have fun but understands their role as a key contributor of CEG's long-term growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Contacting and maintaining communication with candidates throughout the application process
- Arranging phone interviews and scheduling interviews for external and internal candidates
- Arranging travel (including directions) for out-of-town candidates
- Providing candidates with information about the interview process
- Maintain ATS with current information on candidate progress and track in excel
- Scheduling meetings on a timely basis
- Maintaining constant communication with Talent Managers, HR, and hiring managers regarding interviews, new hires and orientations
- Ability to run reports tracking recruiting metrics
- Collects, reviews, and maintain job files
- Contacts the candidates for pre-screen follow-up and collection of missing documents and information
- Generates and send employment contract to new hires; coordinates their arrival for first day.
- Participate in various projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

- Undergraduate degree and at least 3+ year of experience in a recruiting or HR focused environment
- Customer service oriented approach and natural ability to be part of the team
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and natural ability to establish trust and credibility
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work autonomously
- Impeccable organizational and project management skills
- Resourceful and able to proactively anticipate needs and provide solutions
- Follow through on action items and keep the team informed of progress
- Knowledge of employment law and regulations
- Experience using applicant tracking systems preferred
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality when working with sensitive information
- Strong computer skills including MS Excel and PowerPoint, extensive experience with web-based tools and the Internet
