Recruitment Coordinator

An exciting opportunity exists for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a leading telecommunications company on a fixed term contract.

As Recruitment Coordinator your responsibilities will be;
*Creation, issue, receipt and tracking of all offers
*Ensure associated offer paperwork is completed and processed (proof of right to work, car allowances, references, etc)
*Ensure contract and offer templates are accurate and up-to-date
*Monitor and report monthly on recruitment metrics
*Create internal vacancies on the system and track applications
*Help coordinate and support Assessment Centres
*Arrange interviews with internal applicants
*Preparation of interview forms and storing completed forms post interview
*Keep process flow documents up-to-date
*Administer regular customer satisfaction surveys to monitor performance
*Ensure all data is kept secure and in correct place
*Identify areas for improvement to ways of working or processes that benefit the team

Key skills required for this role as Recruitment Coordinator;
*Demonstrable HR or recruitment administration/process experience
*Proven background working for a Recruitment Process Outsource provider
*Discernible knowledge of recruitment/HR legislation
*Demonstrates accuracy with a high attention to detail
