Recruitment Consultant - top Pharma - Contract

My client, one of the largest healthcare organisations in Europe, is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join them in Switzerland for an initial 6 months contract. You will have a unique opportunity to work on international assignments for top pharmaceutical brands and expand your experience for your career development. You will be part of a huge human resources department where you will be able to network extensively for future contract opportunities.

You will be responsible for managing internal recruitment process for top pharmaceutical brands across EMEA region and your daily tasks will involve:

- partnering with hiring managers and business based human resource partners in the recruiting process from beginning to end
- collaborating in creating talent acquisition plans, develop strategies and implement action plans
- coaching hiring managers or teams on recruitment processes
- identifying and sharing recruitment best practices across the business as well as maintaining current knowledge of business, marketplace, legal and recruitment trends and requirements
- consulting with hiring managers on recommended starting salaries and other offer package details; providing candidate offer package recommendation to line manager; cheking professional references and drive other candidate due diligence activities in compliance with the recruitment operating procedures

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have a minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment, onsite experience strongly preferred; you will have demonstrated capability in recruiting for wide variety of positions in multiple functional disciplines; experience of recruitment for an engineering/production environment would be a bonus. You will be an excellent Project Manager and will have excellent communication skills. You will have a university degree and will be fluent in English and German languages.
