A leading telecoms carrier based in Brussels are searching for an experienced recruitment consultant to work onsite as an external recruiter.
Candidates need to have a minimum of 3 years experience working in a corporate environment ideally telecoms or technology.
The successful recruitment consultant will establish recruitment requirements by studying the business plans/objectives and meeting with managers to discuss potential needs.
You will attract applicants based on the job requirements using social media, job boards and other recruiters.
Applicants are excepted to have excellent organisational and time management skills with strong customer service skills.
Candidates will also need to have excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship skills with experience of recruiting through social media.
Fluent English, Dutch &/or French this is highly desired, any other language skills are welcome.
