Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer/Delivery - German speaking

We are currently recruiting internally for driven and enthusiastic team players to join our busy and vibrant offices. We offer a bespoke training package tailored to you as an individual which encompasses expert technical training as well as delivery training.

You will play a key part in our booming European recruitment sector, working with a motivated and successful team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide recruitment and resourcing support to 2 key accounts in the German market
- Advertise vacancies on relevant German job boards and vet high volume of responses to attain short list of candidates to submit to clients requirement
- Significantly increase the number of native German speakers on in-house database
- Source candidates using a variety of methods including social media (Xing, Linked In), advertising, in-house database searches, online job board searches, networking, referral
- Response Management - Screen candidates by conducting initial telephone interviews to ascertain suitability for role etc
- Arrange interviews between client and candidate
- Manage offer and rejection process with candidates
- Ensure contracts are prepared, signed and returned
- Update and maintain candidate database

CORE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- The successful candidate will be a native German speaker and will have demonstrable recruitment experience, having worked on either permanent or contract vacancies
- Excellent communication skills, and confident, but non-aggressive, telephone manner
- Good experience of MS Office
- Although no previous technical recruitment experience is required, the successful candidate will be excited by and passionate about technology
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to process a high volume of both internal and external emails on a daily basis.
- Ability to multi-task
