Recruitment Consultant - Nuclear - Established Desk

CBSbutler have a very rare opening for an experienced recruiter to take over an established permanent nuclear desk, as well as having the opportunity to grow into the contract market.

This is a fantastic opportunity enabling an individual to come in and hit the ground running and start making an immediate impact into the business.

This will be a fantastic opportunity to leverage new client relationships, re-engage with lapsed/dormant clients or branch out into your specific area of expertise.

It is also a key time to be joining CBSbutler, due to the extensive expansion plans in place over the next few years, opening further opportunities to develop into Team Leader roles and grow new teams.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Individuals will have a proven background within recruitment, any experience and knowledge of Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Renewables, Advanced Science and Cleaner/Green Energy will be advantageous.
- Ability to sell recruitment services (Permanent & Contract) and recruit accordingly
- New business development skills - lead generation, leveraging dormant accounts, new client development
- Account management & relationship building
- Ability to travel regularly in pursuit of new business and building better relationships
- Drive for results
