Projektbeschreibung

The Recruitment Partner role will deliver sourcing strategies and then support the end to end recruitment process, working directly with hiring managers. Experience of attraction and assessment is essential to support the hiring managers who will conduct interviews and make the hiring decision

Essential Experience
Experience of managing a range of internal and external stakeholders
Some experience of developing and applying robust selection processes
Experience of direct sourcing and different sourcing techniques

Personal attributes
Ability to handle multiple recruitment campaigns, in a very fast paced environment, whilst adhering to the highest of standards
Handling pressure and delivering effectively

PRIMARY SKILLS - strong track record of in-house recruitment experience in a large Matrix organisation. Demonstrable experience of full recruitment life-cycle in a Recruiter role where individual can demonstrate working on volume of roles (circa 25 minimum) and working to KPI's ie time to hire, cost per hire, etc. Managing a range of vacancies and designing assessment methodology
