Recruitment Consultant for Hyphen based on site at Bank of America - Chester

We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced recruitment consultant to join the in house team of one of the worlds largest financial institutions on a 3 month contract. The role holder will demonstrate proven direct sourcing ability and be familiar with the latest sourcing and selection techniques and external market trends

The role:

* Responsible for supporting recruitment activity as required and building and managing effective relationships with multiple managers at all levels across the business
* Acting as an SME, advise hiring managers on appropriate sourcing techniques and supporting through the end to end recruitment process
* Lead in building a talent pipeline
* Responsible for working closely with hiring managers within the business to ensure that hiring is accurately forecasted
* Accountable for ensuring adherence to policies and compliance requirements

The person:

* In-house recruitment industry experience is ideal but not required
* Proven experience in managing the end to end recruitment process for multiple roles at all levels
* Proven experience in talent pipelining
* Strong consulting and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels across the business
* Proactive attitude, demonstrating the ability to innovate and seek solutions to improve processes and procedures
* Basic understanding of employment legislation
* Proven experience of working in controlled environment adhering to policies and procedures
* IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

This is role is a 12 week contract that may potentially be extended. This role will suit someone who can hit the ground running, and who is able to pick up new systems quickly and is adaptable to change.
