At Real Staffing Group we offer meritocratic career progression working through from Trainee through CEO. In fact 98% of our Sales Management staff began their careers as a trainee. In addition, every CEO and COO of the company started as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. This means you will be working along side some of the top performers in the business who will ensure that you maximise your earnings and work your way up the career ladder as quickly as possible. First year consultants average around $60-80,000, 2nd year between $90-110,000 and 3rd year $100K + but with an uncapped commission structure, it's in your hands to write your own pay check!

A typical day will include networking, sourcing and screening high quality candidates via cold calling and social media, liaising with clients, face to face and on the telephone as well as selling our services to candidates and clients to win business. A strong academic background is required and sales experience is preferred but not essential for exceptional candidates.
