My client, a market leading financial services institution is looking for a reecruitment consultant. The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for supporting the Banking Recruitment Manager across the global Banking and Capital Finance client groups for all GCB 4-6 hiring. This will involve sourcing candidates internally, externally via direct methods and through PSL vendors. The role will require strong relationship management with the business, HR personnel and the PSL vendors.

Duties

*Meeting each line manager to discuss new vacancies and agree resourcing strategy for GCB 6-4 hires within the Global Banking and Capital Finance teams.

*Regularly meeting with line managers to discuss process and advise on recruitment/HR processes.

Recruitment Process Management:
*Use of approved PSL vendors and direct recruitment methods to source candidates
*Screening of CVs in line with the line managers' requirements and arranging of interviews

Process and Procedure compliance:
*Ensuring HR and recruitment management reporting/systems are accurate and up to date at all times.
