Recruitment Consultant - Aberdeen - Oil & Gas

The ideal candidate will be self motivated, as this is not a 9-5 role. You will have the ambition to thrive in an environment whereby your progression is based on your performance, and you will have the resilience to endure the highs and lows that a career in recruitment brings.

You will possess a hunger for selling, and track record of success in a current or previous sales role. No previous recruitment experience is required as fully comprehensive training is given.

Ideally, you will possess Oil & Gas industry experience; however this is not essential for the right person.
