We currently have an opportunity for an ambitious, motivated and determined individual to come and join our growing Salesforce recruitment team concentrating on the UK market.

To be considered for the role you ideally will have previously worked in or have had exposure to a Sales (Business to Business/Business to Consumer), Business Development, or Recruitment environment.

Mason Frank International possess an extensive database which will enable you to start your role with the freedom to continuously develop both your client and candidate Matrix in the specific market you will be working, assisting you to reach sales targets and reaping the financial rewards available in a sales/
recruitment industry.

You will be required to identify suitable candidates and clients, and increase your client and candidate Matrix by continuous business development and relationship building.

We are interested in hearing from individuals who are - Have Recruitment, Sales, B2B, B2C or Business Development experience
