Our client, financial services organisation is looking for an Early Career Recruitment Consultant to work on a project based in Derby for 12 Months.

Key Deliverable:

Sift and selection of graduates and apprentices.
Facilitate Assessment Centres
Support off site assessment centres
Represent Rolls-Royce and promote the programmes on campus and at local schools.
Meet the operational delivery targets
Attending governance meeting and presenting progress to senior stakeholders.
Benchmarking CV's & Skills
Looking at Continuous Improvement (recruitment processes, advertising, candidate attraction, etc.)

Required Skills:

Recruitment Experience (permanent recruitment process, not contingent)
Graduate and Apprentice Recruitment
Facilitating assessment centres
Has worked within a High Volume recruitment environment.
Stakeholder management experience
