LOCATION: Matlock, Derbyshire

JOB TITLE: Recruitment Consultant

SALARY & BENEFITS: Up to £30,000 + uncapped commission.

WORKING HOURS: 40 hours a week

THE COMPANY: Our client are a highly successful Consultancy business operating within the Health and Social Care Sector and have experienced excellent results in their first five years of operation and are now looking to expand the business further.

THE ROLE: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a busy and successful team as a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant. You will be responsible for placing Nurses and Healthcare Assistants for our clients in the private sector throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities:- -

Canvassing potential clients
-

Keeping in regular contact with existing clients to maintain relationship and gain repeat business
-

Visiting clients in their place of employment
-

Actively searching for new candidates via various sources (advertising/CV searching/social media searching)
-

Meeting and interviewing potential candidates
-

Updating CRM systems
-

Achieving and exceeding targets and KPI's in line with business plan
-

Contributing to the success of the business by providing an excellent service

THE CANDIDATE: You will have had previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within healthcare, but other sectors will be considered. You will be organised, have strong written and oral communication skills and excellent computer literacy. You should have good attention to detail and have the ability to influence people in a positive way.

Key skills and experience required:- -

Previous recruitment sales experience (essential)

Driving license and own vehicle (essential)
-

Previous healthcare recruitment experience (highly desirable)
-

IT literate with Microsoft packages to an intermediate level
-

Experience/knowledge of working on CRM systems (experience of Eclipse desirable)

Tenacious and determined attitude
