Recruitment consultant - Selection & Recruitment (Dutch/French)

We are currently looking for a Recruitment consultant for one of our clients active in the Telecom sector and located in Brussels. The company is undertaking a major transformation program and is looking for someone to enforce their team of recruiters.

Job Content:

Job recruitment and selection of call centre operators, vendors, and/or (junior) executives. In most cases the recruitment will concern permanent staff.

The task includes the understanding of the job, organizing the selection, search for candidates, telephone screening, interviews, reporting.

You must be willing to learn to work with the candidate management system.

You will also occasional negotiate contracts.

Profile:

Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment and selection

Customer-oriented, able to work both independently and in a team.

Strong organizational skills and administratively punctual.

Fluent N/F. Willing to move both Wallonia and Flanders. We will take into account your place of residence.

Planned duration: until the end of June 2014
