Recruitment Co-ordinator - Surrey - 3 month FTC (may extend) - Up to £23k DOE

Our client, a large Insurance Company based in Surrey, is currently seeking a Recruitment Co-ordinator for a 3 month contract. The successful Recruitment Co-ordinator will have exceptional attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills and the willingness to support an extremely busy HR Business Partner.

Key responsibilities for the Recruitment Co-ordinator:

* Assist with producing standard employee letters and unsuccessful applicant letters.
* Check the website for applications and forwarding these across to the recruiting Managers.
* Advertise roles on the internal vacancy board and with PSL Recruitment Agencies
* Produce induction packs, application forms and assessment centre packs
* Assist with general HR administration where required.

Key Skills & experience for the Recruitment Co-ordinator:

* Previous experience within an HR environment
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a good eye for detail.
* Ability to liaise with Senior Level Management.
* A flexible 'can do' attitude.
* Good administration skills with the ability to work unsupervised.
