Recruitment Co-ordinator required in the Stirling for large organisation. Candidates will be required to start on the 31st of March and will work standard hours.
Applicants must display a knowledge and experience of In-House Recruitment management and must be logistically focused for organising recruitment scenarios and candidates. A working of financial services is essential as well as a working Knowledge of relevant IT software packages (eg Taleo, Saville Wave etc)
Essential experience is required in pre-employment screening and using a variety of internal and external souring techniques.
