My client, a leading global professional services firm, has an opportunity for a Recruitment Assistant. The role is for an ambitious and determined individual to join the lateral recruitment team. The candidate will be expected to work on numerous projects simultaneously, possessing confidence and initiative and be proactive in relation to these projects. The role will require a good understanding of the recruitment market from a candidate with a flexible approach and commitment to work overtime as and when required. The primary responsibilities of the role will include; - Organisation of external senior recruitment - Planning and supporting senior managers within the recruitment process - Having a broad knowledge and understanding of recruitment practises, methods and communication skills - Liaising with PSL and being first point of contact to candidates - Assisting with recruitment worldwide - Developing the Firms brand name The ideal candidate will have the following criteria - University degree - Relevant experience in the recruitment sector - Excellent spoken and written communication skills with examples of both - Experience of working with senior managers - Well presented with outstanding communication skills - Adaptable and flexible to the job requirement
