JOB PURPOSE

To provide Juniper's technology business' with world class talent acquisition services. Responsible for providing support and data management for the TA team that support the staffing needs in 29 countries across the EMEA region.

SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES INCLUDE

DATA MANAGEMENT

- Entry, maintenance, and integrity of data in PeopleSoft and TMS
- Manage 'change request' process for changes to requisitions/offers in PeopleSoft
- Weekly reconciliation of recruitment data with Finance headcount report, investigating anomalies, correcting if any issues.
- Produce weekly recruitment report for the management team from MTM

RECRUITMENT

- Act as reference person for general queries on staffing for Juniper Recruiter, OH team, HR Solutions team, employees, HR team, facilities and payroll
- Raising Purchase Orders for EMEA region, confirming agencies' terms & conditions, chasing approvals, solving issues with PO, reference person for Account Payable and Agencies.
- Obtaining approvals and arranging travels for interviewees through a travel agent
- Pre-approving expenses of interviewees, ensuring they are processed within defined timeframe
- Manage all EMEA Staffing HR Helpdesk tickets (48 hr response time)
- Contract drafting and coordinating on-boarding for AramCo interns
- Support Contract Coordinator with creating and distributing employment-related correspondence
- Generation of monthly additional pay for payroll(allowances for new hires). Ensure data is accurate by collecting it for all EMEA new hires, aligning it with HR Solutions & Contract Coordinator and Recruiters, checking contracts, PeopleSoft and OLA's, correcting if any issues.
- Confirming eligibility and adding employee referral bonuses to additional pay
- Entering candidates offers into PeopleSoft, creating employee e-files, checking requisitions and employee data
- Follow up and confirm all new hires have started, facilitating process with HR Solutions, resolving system issues for new starters, liaising with IT, facilities
- Coordinating of internal transfers in EMEA
- Assist in ongoing process improvement initiatives for Staffing.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- At least 5 years experience in HR or Finance administration role
- Highly organized, accurate and with a high level of attention to detail
- Intermediate level user of excel and ideally experience of Peoplesoft and Oracle business systems
- High level of customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines,
- Able to work under own initiative
- Proactive and expert at handling enquiries and seeking out answers
- Ability to troubleshoot effectively
