Projektbeschreibung

Position Description: 6 - 9 month fixed term contract

Purpose of role:
*To support the Recruitment Programme Manager and Recruiters in all aspects of the recruitment process for vacancies in the business across the UK.
*To provide a high quality recruitment service, in line with business needs
*As part of the wider HR team, the busy recruitment team hires c. 100 people per annum. There is a high service level expectation which requires a willingness to swiftly respond to business needs, demonstrating flexibility and customer service attitudes.

Position Requirements: Administration
To provide timely and effective Recruitment Administration for our business, which will include
*Management of the Recruitment applicant tracking system
*Deal with all recruitment correspondence as is practicable. Effectively respond to all written or verbal external and internal enquiries.
*Job Offer management including offer pack creation and pre-start coordination
*Raising reference requests and follow up checks
*Administer and manage candidates through the recruitment system (PeopleFluent)
*Any other ad-hoc administration as required.
*Maintain recruitment reports and metrics
*Issuing and collating Manager and Candidate surveys

Recruitment
*Co-ordinate the interview arrangements for candidates and managers
*Management of the Recruitment vacancy tracker (Excel)
*Agency management including issuing of vacancies, checking data accuracy arranging briefings and chasing for/providing feedback
*Deal with daily ad hoc communication from recruitment agencies/consultancies, advertising agencies, Internet suppliers
*Be the first point of contact for speculative enquiries regarding recruitment.
*Undertake other related projects as required.
*Ensure recruitment processes operates legally and within company policies in respect of employment issues

Skills & Knowledge:
*Strong organizational, co-ordination and administration skills
*Proficient IT skills - the ability to use the key functions of Microsoft Office (Word, email, spreadsheets) with confidence is essential
*Previous experience of working with an online recruitment systems would be ideal
*Good understanding of current (UK) employment legislation
*Demonstrable advanced verbal and written communication skills
*Ability and willingness to fully understand and keep up to date with all recruitment policies, procedures and processes and to be able to explain these clearly to others without referring to Recruitment Manager
*Ability to manage shifting priorities competently, ensuring customer service levels are maintained
*To complete work within tight deadlines, ensuring speed is combined with accuracy at all times
*Flexibility and willingness to assist other colleagues in the achievement of their goals
*Willing to offer, accept and implement ideas in order to improve the working practices of the Recruitment function
*Demonstrates enthusiasm in everything they do with a proactive approach to finding and offering solutions
*Confidential and discrete

Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
*Evidence of strong organisational skills
*Experience of working in recruitment/HR industry on supplier or client side

Desirable:
*Experience of web based recruitment software (PeopleFluent or similar)
*Previous on site RPO/Managed Service experience
