Recruitment Assistant/Resource Support

Projektbeschreibung

My client is a key player within the banking field and is currently looking for a Recruitment Assistant/Resource Support to join them in Brighton on an initial 3 month contract basis to support the Resource Manager in the end to end recruitment process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Maintain multiple recruitment trackers and keeping them updated at all times
- Being involved in the recruitment process including qualifying roles, reviewing CV's, being part of interviews and assessment days
- General administrative duties including booking meetings and putting interviews into the Hiring Manager's diaries
- Liaising with agencies to arrange interviews
- First point of contact for recruitment questions with stakeholders
- Keeping track of approvals and raising extensions, putting renewals in for approval process and raising new role approvals

EXPERIENCE:

- Recruitment experience demonstrated within an in house environment including helping with day to day admin duties including arranging interviews
- Strong excel skills with experience creating pivot tables, formulas, transferring data from sheets
- Experience producing MI and reports
- Strong relationship management abilities including liaising with Hiring Managers and Stakeholders
