Recruitment Assistant/HR Assistant

How would you like to play an important role in our expansion?

We are a quality-oriented recruitment consultancy and are hoping the people we hire shiortly will help us break into the Fast Track 100 soon as our turnover is still rising rapidly. To that end, we are investing significantly on improving the company's marketing including a new corporate web site.

To facilitate both aspects, the CEO of the company requires the assistance of a temporary Recruitment Assistant who will help identify exceptional talent for the company's incoming hires over the next quarter or so. This hires will consist of experienced Recruitment Consultants and digital communications staff.

To be considered for this role, you will need the following skills and attributes:

- AT LEAST 12 MONTHS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE working in a Recruitment Assistant role, or a HR role with a significant recruitment aspect to it (THIS RELATES TO HIRING FOR TALENT IN THE UK SPECIFICALLY)
- previous experience of approaching and/or identifying suitable talent via LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- experience of telephone and face-face interviewing candidates for professional roles
- placing job adverts and dealing with response in a professional manner
- identifying other platforms and channels for identifying other suitable candidates
- ANY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE HIRING RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS WOULD BE A HUGE ADVANTAGE

We based in lovely offices a stone's throw away from Harrow-on-the-Hill tube station on the metropolitan line. Therefore we are 20 minutes away from Baker Street on the underground and 12 minutes away from Marylebone by train.
