My client, a leading global professional services firm, has an opportunity for a Recruitment Assistant. The role is for an ambitious and determined individual to join the lateral recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident individual who is either currently in a junior Recruitment role and seeks a step, or an experienced Executive Assistant/PA. The ideal candidate will have experience working with senior managers and will be highly organised and professional in their approach to work. This role provides a unique opportunity to support a variety of recruitment activities for a wide range of roles, including a number of high profile positions. The primary responsibilities of the role will include; - Organisation of external senior recruitment - Planning and supporting senior managers within the recruitment process - Having a broad knowledge and understanding of recruitment practises, methods and communication skills - Liaising with PSL and being first point of contact to candidates - Assisting with recruitment worldwide - Developing the Firms brand name The ideal candidate will have the following criteria - University degree - Relevant experience in the recruitment sector/working as an Executive PA - Excellent spoken and written communication skills with examples of both - Experience of working with senior managers - Well presented with outstanding communication skills - Adaptable and flexible to the job requirements For consideration please forward a copy of your CV immediately
