RECRUITMENT APPRENTICESHIP

What do you plan to do when you leave college or school, have you considered an apprenticeship?

Outsource UK Ltd is looking for a driven and committed individual to perform the role of Resourcer/recruitment support for OUR BUSY OFFICE IN NEWCASTLE UNDER LYME, NEAR STOKE ON TRENT working closely with our Recruitment Team.

The role of a Resourcing Apprentice is a TELEPHONE-BASED ROLE, where you will be tasked with interviewing and updating multiple candidates who are looking for both permanent and contract work.

You will be FULLY TRAINED on how to manage candidate expectations, perform excellent customer service and how to extract the right information to ensure that they are the right match for the job.

You will complete an NVQ IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION and have the opportunity to take your Recruitment and Employment Confederation Exams after a year or so of employment.

THE ROLE OF A RESOURCER

- Vacancy Admin - making sure all vacancies are added to the internal CRM system (ITRIS) and posted to Broadbean (which manages the vacancy advertising externally on job boards and our website)
- Resourcing - telephone interviewing a list of candidates to establish interest, availability, up to date CVs
- Updating CVs on Itris
- Networking with candidates on Linkedin
- Managing CV watchdogs, saved searches and candidate applicant groups on ITRIS

PERSON SPECIFICATION

It is essential that you have

- an eye for detail
- excellent organisational skills
- good team playing skills
- The ability to work under pressure.

DETAILS OF EMPLOYMENT

- National Minimum Apprenticeship Wage for the first year contract
- NVQ level 2 or 3 in Business Administration
- 8.30am - 5.30pm, with an hour for lunch.
- Other benefits include pension and healthcare after successful completion of your probation period
- 20 days holiday
