Recruitment Advisor 150-170 3 Months

My client, a market leading financial services institution is looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join an exciting project based in London

RATE: £150-170
DURATION: 3 months
ROLLING LOCATION: LONDON

Main responsibilities:

* Coordinating recruitment process for recruiting in Risk, Legal, Audit, Tax, Procurement, Finance and Risk (screening applications, arranging interviews, logistics, arranging assessment centres, collecting feedback, raising contracts etc) and liaising with business and HR Business Partners regarding the recruiting needs. (60%)
* Campus activities - in-house and external presentations, participating at career fairs and events (30%)
* Other transversal projects (10%)

Profile:
* Basic understanding of banking and finance and different roles in investment banking
* Experience of recruiting in Compliance, legal and Risk
* Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills
* Strong presentation/public speaking skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
