A potential opportunity has arisen to join a high profile client, working in Manchester. The Resourcing Adviser will assist the organisation in the delivery of an upcoming increase in internal and cross government recruitment activity as a result of various internal change programmes.
Responsibilities
- Providing professional advice, guidance and hands on support to the business. Ensuring all resourcing activities are delivered in a timely manner, represent value for money and are conducted in accordance with employment law, relevant policies and procedures and best practice
- Build successful relationships both internally and externally and will act as the main day to day contact for recruitment and selection, escalating and mitigating risks appropriately
- Ensuring that the organisation is able to attract, recruit and promote talent
- Maintain and improve operational efficiency and quality of service and will input into the identification and application of process improvements.
Essential Skills/Knowledge:
- Experience of in house recruitment
- Experience of challenging non-compliance
- Experience of working in an HR environment within government
