Working for a large Financial services company in Dorset

An opportunity for a 6 month contract within a Global Financial Services has arisen for an experienced Administrator/Coordinator with experience working with Recruitment/HR.
This role would be working within HR, specifically assisting the Recruitment teams with high quality administration and reporting. Other areas will include: interview coordination, candidate sourcing and redeployment.

Key responsibilities include:
- Communication and data flow end-to-end through out the recruitment process eg; requisition management, proactive candidate care, contract administration and induction facilitation.
- Communicating with Recruiters, Hiring managers, candidates and recruitment vendors in order to ensure department is running efficiently.
- Data management utilising Taleo and other HR systems.
- Working for the department to produce metrics and reports.
- Liaising with other recruitment coordinators to manage priorities across the team.
- Conducting new employee inductions.
- Problem solving, taking ownership of responsibilities and working with the rest of the team to rectify issues.
-Coordinate interviews for Hiring managers/Recruiters/Recruiting Vendors including booking interview rooms and comparing schedules.
- Offer guidance to both candidates and recruiters through-out the recruitment process.
- Administrative support to recruiters and ad hoc tasks as required.

Experience/Skills needed:
- Experienced administrator working within regulated and process driven environments.
- Good attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills both face to face and over the phone.
- Excellent time management and coordination skills.
- Pro-active and efficient with improving processes within the team.
- Great relationship building skills across all levels of seniority.
- Team player.
- Preferably experienced working within an HR/Recruitment environment.
- Skilled using MS Office or Taleo or other applicant tracking systems.
