Morson International are currently working with a multi-national organisation who are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to support the ongoing recruitment and on boarding activities.
The main responsibilities of this role are:
* Working with PSL Agencies to manage new requirements and direct applications.
* Liaising with PSL Agencies and ensuring they are working within the agreed SLAs and flagging any issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Raising Purchase Orders for contract related costs
* Maintaining records and ensuring all data is up to date for reporting
* Running reports (scheduled and ad-hoc) for the business
* Ensuring that the on boarding of candidates is completed in a timely manner
* Involved in the end to end recruitment life cycle
* Working from a shared mailbox to respond to ad-hoc queries
* Assistance in HR projects on an ad-hoc basis as required
* Working closely with other members of the Recruitment team and providing cover for other areas as required
