CHEADLE
An immediate opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join our growing Recruitment team, based onsite with our client in Cheadle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing contractor timesheets
- Managing enquiries from Hiring Managers and Recruitment Suppliers
- Fieldglass software administration, including raising vacancy requisitions
- Checking and inputting data
- Producing Excel reports
You will be a highly competent Administrator and possess a passion for customer service and a keen eye for detail. The role requires a logical approach to problem solving and an aptitude for software systems. You will be fully competent in the use of MS Office applications and possess intermediate Excel skills. Recruitment or supply chain experience and knowledge of VMS systems would be beneficial, however training will be given.
Hours of work are Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00. This position is offered on a temporary contract basis until 30th June, with potential extension.
