Brook Street are currently working on behalf of our Global IT client to recruit a Recruitment Administrator .This is a 12 month contract role based in Central London with occasional travel across Southern England.

Role Purpose

A vacancy has arisen within our Client's company for a talented, organised and passionate Recruitment Administrator. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to ensuring smooth workflow, implementing processes and who can own all administration duties. Recruitment is an excitingly fast paced environment requiring high energy and fast decision making!
The company consists of multi-platform, game development studios creating games for consoles and mobile devices. You will be supporting five studios across the UK with their hiring activities. The environment is creative, highly changeable and inspiring! This position is based in central London, however there will be irregular/occasional travel to Reading, Guildford and Twycross.
About You

There's lots going on here so you'll probably be one of the most organised people you know. Your attention to details is flawless and you understand the importance this has within the hiring process. Your colleagues will see you as the 'go to' person for all systems and tools related queries. You'll be able to multitask without thinking about it while remaining personable and dependable in your approach. You will be a lightening-sharp decision maker who is able to identify problems before they arise. Confidence and professionalism are a MUST as you will be liaising daily with colleagues and candidates from junior to Senior Executive level.

To be successful in this position, you will need solid and varied administrative experience within a busy role. Ideally (and preferably) you will have previous experience in staffing/recruitment and possess a general understanding of the hiring process. Experience working within a medium to large sized company would be an advantage, but not essential.

About the Role

Directly supporting the Staffing Consultants (SCs), you will:
* Partner with SC's to ensure best practice sharing, implementation of staffing processes, compliance with company policy and consistency in recruiting across all Studios.
* Work with SC, Hiring Managers and candidates to schedule domestic/international interviews in a smooth and timely fashion. Regularly scheduling across multiple time zones.
* Meet and greet candidates on interview day (depending on location) and ensure that interview runs to schedule.
* Process post-interview candidate expenses.
* Support administrative aspects for all offers of employment. Involving checking of offer details, accurate data entry and initiating relocation procedures.
* Ownership of the visa process for candidates outside the EU. Ensuring all compliance activities for UKBA are completed to meet deadlines.
* Ownership of reporting, data entry and systems activity for the team.
* Advertising all positions externally and internally
* Working with SC's to complete their admin activities to meet milestones within the hiring process
* Responsible for all invoicing, purchase order creation, liaison with existing suppliers and creation of new suppliers.
* Evangelising the "candidate experience" and ensuring that all processes reflect the most positive experience. Improving existing processes where the candidate experience is not ideal.
* In the absence of a consultant you will
o Advise Hiring Managers and the Executive Team on the hiring process
o Take interview feedback from Managers
o Regularly communicate with candidates and provide updates
o Resolve any problems as they arise
* Take on any other reasonable requests and be willing to get involved in project or event related work

As a Brook Street contractor you will be entitled to 25 days holiday per annum, 8 days paid Bank Holidays, discounted gym membership, use of the onsite health facility, access to online learning and training, free parking and an excellent subsidised restaurant. In addition, subject to qualification criteria, you will have the potential opportunity to earn bonus.

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum

Location: Central London with occasional travel
