A global, blue chip company is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to be based in Glasgow on a short term contractual basis.
Please note than candidates must be immediately available.
As a Recruitment Administrator you will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage the consultants diaries
- Book candidates in for interviews
- Conduct initial telephone pre-screens
- Speak to candidates to check interview availability
- Compile assessment centre packs
- Complete credit checks
Applicants for the role of Recruitment Administrator will ideally have the following skills/background:
- Experience of conducting telephone interviews
- An administrative background, ideally within the recruitment industry
- Strong communication skills
- Must be available immediately
