RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR NEEDED FOR A FTSE 100 COMPANY - DEARNE VALLEY/LEEDS, SOUTH YORKSHIRE

We currently require a RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR to work within our Capita Customer Management arena; based across two sites in Dearne Valley and Leeds, South Yorkshire.

We have continued to strengthen our expertise in Customer Management through our acquisition of two of the leading UK providers of Customer Management, both renowned for excellence in the market. Our clients include O2, National Trust, DWP and Google.

This is a permanent role and will require the successful applicant to be flexible in working across two sites in Dearne Valley and Leeds.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

To provide a proactive and efficient Recruitment service to our key customers:

- Potential Candidates
- Operations teams
- Support area teams
- External organisations
- Manage Recruitment Campaigns and support initiatives from the point of advertising, through to response handling and the selection and appointment of candidates
- Liaise with candidates and new starters at each stage of the recruitment and induction process to ensure they are kept fully informed of their current status.
- Manage and deliver the administration associated with offers of employment, credit checking and references to maintain the quality of candidates and present a professional service
- Co-ordinate & maintain interview and testing schedules, plan and facilitate assessment centres for CSA/Team Leader and Team Manager recruitment as and when necessary
- Monitor the recruitment process closely at all stages and provide progress reports to the Team Manager/Resourcing Manager on a regular basis
- Support the Team Manager/Resourcing Manager in the management of the recruitment process so that vacancies are filled in a timely manner and employees expectations are met
- Act as first point of contact for all queries regarding recruitment and induction process so that line managers and new starters in Dearne Valley/Leeds/Cardiff have a known contact
- Ensure effective timely communication of new starter information is supplied to key players within the business
- Liaise effectively with external agencies and suppliers to meet business needs

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Initiative and ability to identify, solve and escalate problems accordingly
- Excellent planning, organisation and administration skills
- A methodical and organised approach to work is essential to enable a proactive service to be delivered
- Due to the nature of the HR function, professionalism and a confidential approach in all aspects of work is essential
- Mature, confident and responsive manner
- Ability to manage several tasks concurrently
- Ability to work both as part of a team and individually
- Ability to work well under pressure whilst managing workloads
- Working knowledge/application of Microsoft Office
- Administrative experience within a HR office environment essential
