RECRUITING SOURCING SPECIALIST needed for a long term contract position with Yoh's client located in PITTSBURGH, PA.

The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience
- Two to four (2 - 4) years of sourcing experience

What You'll Be Doing:
- The primary responsibility of this role, Sourcing Specialist, is to assist the Recruiting team by actively seeking qualified candidates for open positions. The incumbent will:
- Source, screen, track and recommend qualified candidates
- Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex Internet searches and research
- Sourcing active candidates from on line databases, internal databases and employee referrals
- Develop an extensive pipeline of candidate pools to fill current and potential needs
- Search social networking databases for active and passive candidates The selected candidate is required to possess the following:

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience
- Two to four (2 - 4) years of sourcing experience
- Self-starter, ability to effectively manage multiple searches and projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in partnership with others
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent knowledge of sourcing and mining techniques in the recruiting space
- Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced, complex environment
