Recruiting: Social Worker - LAC TEAM

IMMEDIATE START : SOCIAL WORKER : LOOKED AFTER CHILDREN

SOUTH EAST ENGLAND : £30 per hour

The NonStop team are currently recruiting for a number of Social workers for positions within my clients Looked afte Childrens Team based within the South East of England, situated reasonably close to London.

You will be working as part of a busy Looked After Children Team with the Children and Families looked after by the Local Authority. As a part of the team you will be working with children who are separated from their families, also work closely with foster carers and guardians. Direct contact with other organizations is essential within this team to allow you to act in the best interest of children who's cases you hold.

You must also be able to demonstrate excellent report writing skills, and maintaining accurate and concise reports. To be considered it is ESSENTIAL you have a social work degree (or equivalent social work qualification), contactable references, registration as a social worker with the HCPC, a current CRB (DBS and a minimum of 2 years post-qualifying social work experience within the UK.

Proof of eligibility to work in the UK is essential along with a full UK driving license with access to a vehicle.
